The 12th Annual TromaDance Film Festival will feature a panel with Academy Award nominated animator Bill Plympton, Fangoria Managing Editor Michael Gingold, animator John Goras, and New York State Film Commissioner Pat Kaufman! Special guest panelist and Tromadance founder, Lloyd Kaufman, will serve as moderator.
