“…a legitimately frightening movie that just so happens to use pork products as a horrific plot device and it works very well.” – Greg Baty, Cinesploitation“
…it makes an undeniable impression and has a disturbing and uneasy feel that it establishes and maintains throughout, keeping its WTF? elements in check and playing it totally straight and low-key. It’s a grimly serious horror film…”
– Mark Tinta, Good Efficient Butchery
“Pigs has an energy that’s hard to resist, thanks in large part to the performances delivered by father and daughter.”- Dave Becker, 2,500 Movies Challenge
