Lloyd Kaufman, president of Troma Entertainment and the director of a slew of films including The Toxic Avenger, will receive the coveted Lifetime Achievement Award from one of Europe's most revered cinema ceremonies, the Amsterdam Fantastic Film Festival. Previously accepted by legendary filmmakers such as Dario Argento and Wes Craven, Lloyd Kaufman has now been bestowed with this gracious honor for his contribution to the world of bizarro cinema and for his thirty years of declaring independence for filmmakers everywhere with his maverick company, Troma Entertainment.
