Troma suspects this is not Amy Taubin's belly...

Troma President, Lloyd Kaufman, has received a couple
of emails from different people,
both claiming Amy Taubin, the reknowned film critic from the Village Voice.
This is the first email:

Dear Lloyd,
Just wanted to remind you that you are not fooling anyone. You are
a hack and your movies are stupid and boring. you've got nerve to
call yourself an artist you parasite. I hope you live long enough
to see payback for all the people you've ripped off.

This is the second email Lloyd received in response to the one above:

I JUST CAST MY EYES ON THIS,
FORWARDED BY MY FRIEND AND COLLEAGUE MANOHLA DARGIS. THAT IS DEFINITELY
NOT MY BELLY. FOR ONE THING, MY ABS ARE TIGHTER, AND FOR ANOTHER,
I WOULD NEVER SPORT SUCH TASTELESS NAVEL DECORATION. I ALSO HAVE NO
REASON TO TRASH TROMA'S REPUTATION. IT'S MORE FUN TO USE IT AS SOME
KIND OF OUTER LIMIT, ALTHOUGH WHAT KIND EXACTLY, I'M NEVER SURE.
PLEASE MAKE WHATEVER APPROPRIATE CORRECTION ON YOUR WEBSITE.

the writing style of the film reviews that appear in the Village Voice,
it is our firm belief that the first email is indeed from the real Amy
Taubin. If any of you in cyberspace can shed any light on this perplexing
