Michael Caincross) is typical rebellious 90’s kid whose closest friend is his Dalmatian “Neechee”. When the two are on a walk, a lowlife drug dealer attacks Neechee. Wally fights back and lands himself in the slammer. Worse, Neechee is dognapped by gangsters who think that Wally has stolen their loot. Wally must begin an insane adventure to rescue his dog, foil the drug dealers, and clear his name.
